All of our parent services are free of charge and are available in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole. Our services include:

- Information on making the best child care choice
- Income-eligibility information for child care payment assistance
- A resource library with materials on a variety of child development issues
- Educational workshops and printed information for parents
- Information on applying for child care subsidies
- Information on types of child care available near the parent's home, work, or other location of choice
- Answers to child care questions
